Q: What is the Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby Program?
Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby is an online, self-paced educational program offering eight key modules that combine clinical and social resources to support a healthy pregnancy and seamless return to work.
Expectant mothers and mothers less than 6 months postpartum who complete the program, along with biometric screening, will earn $100 in place of the BMI incentive. Please note that you must currently be enrolled on the Baptist BCBS insurance plan to receive the BMI incentive and have completed a biometric screening.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby Program?
A: This program is available as part of BESTHealth to expecting mothers and mothers less than six months postpartum.
Q: How do I enroll in the Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby Program?
A: You can enroll at any time. Just click on the Enroll button above, and you can get started right away! If you do not already have an account with Awaken Wellbeing Academy, you will be prompted to enter your email and set a password.
Q: What are the requirements to complete the program?
A: In order to successfully complete the Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby program, participants must complete all eight modules and complete the program survey. Once the modules and survey have been successfully completed, you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificate of completion must be obtained by June 30, 2024.
